Emma Adams, Associate Partner

Emma joined the OJB Resourcing Team in January 2024 as Associate Partner. Emma has a degree in Microbiology and Biotechnology and for 15 years worked within the pharmaceutical industry for GlaxoSmithKline, Innovex, MSD and Danone – in sales and laterally management. After a career break Emma brings a wealth of experience in recruitment from sourcing candidates, coaching, delivering sales to promoting talent and there is a great deal of exceptional people in IT.
